The mockup → build → polish chain (#26 → #68 → #72) forms a complete Sigma delivery path once landed. Tableau and Power BI have no proposed coverage yet; an open gap.

Design standards for dashboards

Until a dedicated dashboard-standards skill exists, treat apd-design-brand as the source of truth for:

Color palette (including sequential/categorical usage for charts)
Typography hierarchy
Layout and whitespace principles

If your BI tool can't match the brand fonts/colors exactly, get as close as the platform allows and note deviations in the project readme.

Playbook tips

Mockup-first beats prompt-first: a reviewed mockup (#26) gives the build stage something concrete to hit
Screenshots of existing dashboards are excellent context for layout and restyle requests
Deck readouts of dashboard insights go through apd-pptx-design, not screenshots pasted onto slides
