A recurring, drop-in session for anything skills-related: getting set up, debugging a skill, pairing on a new one, or deciding whether an idea should become a skill at all.

Suggested structure (45–60 min)

| Open floor | 25–35 min | Bring your questions, broken installs, half-built skills, ideas |
| Idea triage | 5–10 min | Review new Skill Idea issues; assign owners or park them |
How to get the most out of it
- Bring a concrete example: a prompt that misfired, a skill that won't trigger, a draft
SKILL.md - Can't make it? File a Skill Idea or Bug/Feedback issue and it'll be triaged in the next session
- Want to demo? Ping the hosts; demos are the best way to drive adoption of your subpractice's skills
